Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Royalty Suite, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Royalty Suite for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all content posted under your account

4. Payment Terms

For creators receiving payments:

• Payments are processed through Stripe Connect
• Minimum payout threshold is $50
• Payouts are processed monthly on the 1st of each month
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• We may require tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN) for payments over $600/year

5. QuickBooks Integration

By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize us to:

• Access your accounting data for transaction recording
• Create vendors, expenses, and journal entries
• Generate financial reports

You can revoke this access at any time through your QuickBooks account settings.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To harass, abuse, or harm others
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To upload malicious code or viruses

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Royalty Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
